Apple muffins are my latest creation, in this recipe I used white yogurt instead of milk and I completely replaced the sugar by choosing to use the precious Sicilian honey that Sole & Sale provided me, a fragrant unrefined honey. I thus obtained some very soft and very fragrant apple muffins that I then delighted in serving in the Easter theme :) Happy Friday and we will read tomorrow for Easter greetings and those to the blog that is 4 years old * _ *
How to make apple muffins
In a bowl, mix the flour together with the vanilla and yeast, separately mix the egg with the yogurt, honey and melted butter.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones
Stir with a wooden spoon, then add the diced apples to the muffin mixture
Stir quickly until the apples are blended with the dough
Grease and flour the muffin molds and pour the mixture until the molds are 2/3 full of their height. Sprinkle the apple muffins with sugar grains and bake at 180 ° in a preheated oven. Bake for 15/20 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
Allow to cool before removing the apple muffins from the molds and serving them
And here's how I had a snack the other afternoon;)
