Aperitif corndog

A very good and quick hot snack. I did not specify exact quantities, because I put everything in sight.

  • hot dogs
  • 1 or
  • milk
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • frying oil

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Aperitif corndog:

Mix the egg with the cold milk, baking powder and flour to obtain a dough slightly thicker than that of pancakes.

Boiled or unsalted sausages (if they can be eaten directly from a can or jar) are cut into smaller pieces.

A toothpick is attached to each piece.

Roll out the dough, drain the excess and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve warm with mustard or ketchup.
