The Strawberry Tart is the dessert I chose this year to celebrate the 7th anniversary of our website, as a base I chose the sable pastry, a particularly delicate and crumbly shortcrust pastry and for the decorations I chose many tiny little hearts. I think this is really a dessert suitable for the occasion, simple and particular at the same time and very romantic, a summary of how I see my blog;) unfortunately here the connection does not allow me to do anything other than put a recipe so we postpone the celebrations in style until I return. Method

How to make strawberry tart with sablè pasta

Work the flour and soft butter until you get a sandblasted effect

Add the yolks

Finally add the icing sugar and grated lemon peel

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut them into small pieces, then place in a bowl with the sugar and mix and let them flavor

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm

Line a greased and floured tart mold with the sablè dough

Distribute the strawberries inside the pan

with a heart-shaped mold, make lots of little hearts

start to cover with the cut out hearts of pasta by attaching them to the outer edge

and continue until you make many concentric circles, leaving only a small central hole. bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
