Recipe Pistachio plaice rolls from of 23-08-2016 [Updated on 23-08-2016]
The pistachio plaice rolls are a surprisingly good recipe: I had already tried the combination of pistachios with salmon, so when I saw this recipe online I immediately decided to try them. I loved these rolls and since I discovered the recipe, I have already prepared them several times, accompanied by a fresh salad they are a perfect second dish of fish to bring to the table. With the same breading, during my holidays, I also prepared some tuna fillet in this way, I surprised everyone by bringing an amazing fish dish to the table: D Girls, my holidays for this year are almost over, and unlike the other years in which I returned to work and I already had a plan of things to do for September, this time they are stalled. I am mired in a sea of choices to make and it puts me in a position of discomfort; / I hope for a turning point as soon as possible, for the moment I leave you to the recipe and I wish you a sweet day: *
How to make pistachio plaice rolls
I bought some plaice fillets already cleaned, in case you have to start by cleaning the fish, here you will find a useful guide on how to do it.
Combine pistachio flour, breadcrumbs, parmesan, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add enough oil to grease the breading (3-4 tablespoons should suffice) and mix.
One at a time, cover the fillets with breadcrumbs, close them into rolls, sealing them with a toothpick (alternatively, simply arrange them with the closure positioned at the bottom) and lightly bread the top too.
Place them gradually on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 190 ° C in a preheated convection oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven the pistachio plaice rolls and serve.
