Someone dear to me (yes, yes Mena, it's about you: D) made me crave this tuna salad. As we like both pasta and tuna, I can say that it is the ideal salad. Thank you very much, my dear, for the idea.
- 300 g paste
- 100 g seedless olives
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 1 small box of corn
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small box of peas
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 kiwi
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- salt pepper
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna pasta salad:
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain them and pass them through a stream of cold water.
Separately cut the pepper into small pieces. We do the same with cucumbers and kiwis. Drain the tuna, peas and corn well. We cut the olives into thin slices.
Put the pasta and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream and add it over the ingredients in the bowl. Mix well and then season with salt and pepper.
Put the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
