Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with pieces of butter and cover with breadcrumbs. Put the zucchini well drained of the juice left, then diced ham, a little grated cheese, sliced tomatoes in broth, dill, salt, pepper. Repeat the operation with another layer of pumpkin, pieces of butter, tomatoes, grated cheese and spices.
Beat 4 eggs with a cup of sour cream and pour the mixture into the tray, taking care to cover the entire surface.
Put the tray in the hot oven for 30-40 minutes, until the dish is nicely browned.
