last night my husband had a craving for emamaliga ... it doesn't happen to him too often, so he took me for granted ... and I had to improvise something ... it was too late to go shopping, so I did this alternative....

RECIPE PREPARATION Polenta with cheese and ham:

so ... I boiled the polenta together with 4 slices of melted cheese (I usually put mozzarella in the polenta, but now I didn't have ...) and I put it in two bowls to take the desired shape.

I then rolled it on a plate, grated cheese on top and arranged some ham around it (I wanted to fry it, but I didn't get the green light ...). I put a lg of sour cream on top.

P.S. 2-3 olives were also going, but at the speed I was subjected to, I didn't have time ... and memory ...

Recipe of pancakes with ham and cheese is ideal for breakfast. We often make pancakes, but every time in the sweet version, filled with jam, jam or chocolate cream. Engie challenged me to show you reinvented recipes, so I opted for the salty version of pancakes. You can make them in the morning for breakfast and I assure you that the whole family will be delighted. The good part is that they are made very quickly, you can fill them with any ingredients you have in the fridge and you can even take them in a package, for a picnic or for a brunch.

For this recipe for pancakes with ham and cheese I used my pancake recipe. I've been doing it for a long time and every time the pancakes come out great. They do not harden, they stay fresh for days and can be filled with anything you want. For this reason, I don't even put sugar in the composition. Anyway, we eat them with sweet fillings, and if we want, we can easily add salty fillings. I stuffed them like turkey ham and cheese, but you can use any kind of ingredients you want. Chicken breast goes very well, as well as leftover chicken or turkey steak.

Cheese can be of any kind. The smoked one is very good, but also the classic one, cheddar or gouda. For extra flavor, I added a little green onion, but you can also add parsley or dill. Being a preparation for breakfast, I added a quail egg at the end. You can also put chicken eggs, but the quail eggs are smaller and look nice on the plate. Eggs can be fried in oil or even laid. If you don't want to add eggs, you can omit them, but I like the slightly soft yolk.

To cook these pancakes with ham and cheese, I used a non-stick pan in which I did not add oil. I replaced it with a lid to melt the cheese. Do not let pancakes much on fire, but only until the cheese melts. When serving, add fried eggs and possibly some vegetables as a garnish. Serve the wonderful pancakes both hot and cold, for breakfast or as a snack. Everyone will be delighted with them and I am convinced that you will make double portions for each one.


10-12 large pancakes
500 g of cheese
500 g of ham
300 g of spinach
3-4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper - to taste
butter

Prepare the pancakes as you normally do, but without sugar, with just a little salt. Grease a cake pan with butter and place a first layer of pancakes, the edge of which will protrude a lot, so you can wrap the composition then. Scald the spinach and mix it with the crushed garlic. Grate the cheese and divide it into two bowls. First, mix it with spinach. In the second mix it with ham. Wrap 6-7 pancakes with the ham mixture. Then place a row of pancakes with shaped ham, and next to the mixture with spinach. On top of the mixture with spinach, put another row of pancakes with ham, and next to it, over the first row of pancakes with ham from the bottom, another layer of mixture with spinach and cheese. Then cover the entire composition of the terrine with the edges of the pancakes at the base and put the form in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool for at least 2 hours. Serve the terrine cut into thick slices. Good appetite!

Pork roll with ham and cheese

Before you start, it's a good idea to know that you need a sharp knife to slice the meat. You will get a thin and large slice of meat, which, if necessary, flatten a little more with the meat hammer:

Chop the onion, garlic and pepper pieces and mix with the mustard. Grease the meat strip with this paste:

It is covered with ham and then with cheese:

It runs, pressing a little. With the filling coming out on the edges, grease with your hand, the roll. Salt and pepper.

In a bowl put some olive oil, rolls .. and in addition to tomatoes and onions cut into 4-5 pieces, sliced ​​garlic and green sprigs.
Place in the preheated oven at 250 ° C. Put the roll in the preheated oven and let it brown for 10-15 minutes. then turn to the other side, then brown again (10 -15 min.)
Pour hot soup on top and leave for about half an hour.

Sprinkle the roll from time to time with the bottom of the tray. Towards the end, add the wine, after which it is left for another 10-15 minutes (time divided - on one side, then on the other)

Let's go back to our sheep and the fact that hunger was wreaking havoc among & # 8222guizuroilor & # 8221, my sister said, so I complied with the requirements! Specifically: moms, are we hungry at the belly, do you make us a sandwich, or something fast?

So let's get to the sandwich:

If you want, you can grease the slices of bread with a little butter, on the inside for a better adhesion of the cheese, Kaiser and green onion slices. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, inside and put the sandwich through the beaten egg well with salt, pepper and what spices we want, garlic, basil, rosemary, etc.

Fry everything in a little butter / oil over a low heat until nicely browned and serve hot with a salad or as we wish!

As you know we are Fani Branza and you can't go a week without cooking something with products so dear to us Delaco. This time I prepared this Cheese appetizer roll with ham in combination with Natur- Delaco cheese cream and vegetables and it turned out to be a very good and good-looking appetizer.

500 g (or 450g) Sofia Cheese - Delaco
1 box (150g) Natural Cream Cheese - Delaco
200 g boiled vegetables (I used a mixture of vegetables)
a few thin slices of ham
150g-200g Grated natural smoked cheese
fried sesame seeds
poppy seeds

Put about 1.5 linters of boiling water. Sofia cheese we put it on the big grater. When the water boils, put the grated cheese and wait for it to soften. Turning over in a strainer would preferably be a thicker one. Divide the contents into two equal parts in a sieve. We put a part between two bags and we stretch it with the twister, not too thick, but not very thin, about 4-5 mm.
On top, spread the cheese evenly with Natural cream cheese over which we will put the drained cooked vegetables (in salted water) and the ham. We put over the layer of vegetables Naturally smoked cheese grated and some of the fried sesame seeds.

I was running as tight as possible. We move the roll obtained on food foil, which we sprinkle abundantly with poppy seeds and sesame seeds, we roll it, pressing lightly so that the seeds stick to the roll, then we wrap tightly in foil, we put the ends and we put the roll in the cold until the next day.


With the other part of melted cheese we do the same (if it hardens and can no longer be stretched do not worry you can reheat again in hot water and continue the process).

My advice would be to have all the other ingredients ready when you start assembling the rolls. So from a Sofia Cheese wheel of 450-500 g we will get two Cheese appetizer rolls.


Zucchini breaded with ham and cheese & # 8211 simple, quick and easy to prepare recipe, perfect for a low carb diet. They can also be called hasselback squash or accordion squash.

I prepared these zucchini breaded with ham and cheese a month ago. Since then I have remade the recipe three times. They are very good!

INGREDIENT:

3 small pumpkins (about 200 g each)

40 g lean ham & # 8211 prague ham type

60 g butter & # 8211 20 g butter for each zucchini

1/4 bunch of green parsley

We take the zucchini and wash them, then we dry them and put them between two choppers of the same height & # 8211 approx. 1 cm. In this way we can cut them, without the risk of being sectioned to the end, into slices of about 2 cm. We fill them with slices of ham and cheese, alternating the two ingredients.

We dress the pumpkins in half in foil. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper, then put butter on them. At this point we wrap the foil around the pumpkins, so that they are tightly closed, so that no air enters.

The water of the pumpkins will turn into steam and will help to cook them. The butter will melt and enter easily into each slot, in addition to the ham and cheese, thus helping to bake from the inside.

Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven). We check if they are cooked inside. They should be slightly firm when we press on them, but soft at the same time.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, leave them in the oven for another 2-3 minutes and you're done! we take them out, sprinkle with chopped parsley and we can eat them.

Simple, very good and healthy.

We put the sauce left in the foil on the plate. It is exactly what we need to have the best pumpkin breaded with ham and cheese.

At the end of cooking time open the foil at the top of the zucchini and sprinkle with cheese. Return zucchini to the oven for 2 -3 minutes until the cheese is well melted. Remove from oven sprinkle with parsley and serve.
