RECIPE PREPARATION Pudding with potatoes and pork pastrami:

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Separately, cut the sausage and pastrami. We clean the onion and cut it into scales and put it in hot oil, over the onion we put the potatoes, which have boiled for about 20 minutes. Let them cook for 1 minute, then mix the sausage and pastrami. Separately beat the eggs well, add salt, pepper, sour cream and larger chopped cheese. In a ceramic bowl put the composition of tuci, over which we pour the egg mixture. , sour cream and cheese. We put the tray in the preheated oven, for about 30 minutes, until it browns on top and we get a golden crust. I served it with sour cream, whoever wanted it ... I didn't, there was enough sour cream in the composition, but I'm more pretentious .....
