RECIPE PREPARATION Baked turkey wings:

Mix all the ingredients, except the larch and honey. The wings are marinated in the mixture obtained. Leave in the fridge for an hour.

In a ceramic bowl, place the wings, remove the bay leaves, add a little more vegetable soup and larch. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Let the meat penetrate well, then remove the foil and add a tablespoon of bee honey. Leave until nicely browned.

I served it with mashed potatoes and salad of vegetables.

Baked turkey

The turkey was the centerpiece in my Christmas menu. I applied the same technique as in the oven-baked chicken to obtain a juicy and flavorful steak inside, only I adapted it to large pieces of meat. It wasn't just going to salt the turkey, the salt wouldn't have penetrated it soon, so I resorted to an extreme technique: brine. Salt and all flavors enter the meat, so say goodbye to dry or unflavoured pieces of turkey.

I chose a smaller turkey so as not to have technical problems, but even so I didn't find a pot to fit it, and the tray was at the limit ... but I managed and the result was beyond my expectations.

But don't forget to tell you about my new oven: imagine that in the era of electric ovens, I also got one on gas. I just found it, I had the impression that I was looking for dinosaurs. After many tests in two electric ovens I could not get used to them and the steam that came out every time I opened the door and I had to avoid my face (the first time I burned and I always had the impression that food is burning in it ) completely discouraged me. So gas was the right choice for me. Compared to the old one, it also has a fan, but I still haven't used it, I also went for the classic cooking version. And the coolest part: it has only three buttons, this being a special requirement of mine (not to have preset programs and all kinds of settings to bother with). Only thermostat, start / stop and cooking button (classic, with fan and grill). I'm so excited that I quickly got used to him. No brain damage


Method of preparation

The meat is washed, passed through the flame on all sides.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, add the mustard, ketchup and spices. then add the oil and wine, mixing the composition well. I put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them well.
Place the meat in a food bag, pour the mixture from the blender over the meat. Tie the bag and leave it in the fridge for a few hours. I usually prepare in the evening for the next day.
In a tray or heat-resistant dish, to be placed in the oven. the contents of the bag are overturned, we place the pieces of meat nicely.

And we put the tray / pot..in the oven over medium heat for 1 hour / 1 hour and a half depending on the type of oven ..
Turn the pieces of meat from time to time, and with a spoon put liquid from the tray over the meat.

3. Add the wings to a large bowl or sealing bag. Add baking powder and salt and mix well to cover evenly. Add the wings on the baking tray in a single layer, with the skin facing up. Put the chicken wings in the middle of the oven and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Move the wings to the top shelf and raise the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. Leave in the oven for 40-50 minutes, turning the tray in half. Remove the pan from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

5. To prepare the honey sauce with garlic, add all the ingredients in a bowl large enough to soften the chicken wings. Mix well until you get a homogeneous composition and serve with the chicken prepared in the oven.
