You will put the yolks plus 100g of sugar, milk and vanilla sugar in a saucepan over low heat and add the flour little by little, stirring constantly so as not to form lumps, until the composition thickens (like a polenta). Whisk the egg whites with 100g sugar and lemon peel. Pour the yolk composition over the browned apples, and on top you will put the egg whites. Bake again, over low heat, for 10-15 minutes, until the egg whites are lightly browned.

Bake in the oven over medium heat (or 160 degrees in an electric oven with ventilation) for about 40 minutes, until the cake is lightly browned on top.

Leave to cool, then powder with vanilla powdered sugar and portion. The top sheet is slightly crispy, but softens as it cools. The next day is really very soft and tasty.


Cake with sweet cheese and raisins & # 8211 A real treat

1. Sift 3 glasses of flour over a large area, add 250 grams of margarine (butter), cut into small pieces.

2. Add 1 tablespoon (no tip) sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, mix.

3. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator.

4. Prepare the filling. To do this in a deep bowl, mix 500 grams of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon (without tip) sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup, mix well with a mixer, add 100 grams of raisins.

5. Remove the dough from the fridge, place 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet, spread it over the entire surface, forming small edges.

6. Place the cheese filling evenly over the entire surface of the dough.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
