• 1 small red beet
• 1 handful of blueberries
• 1 slice of watermelon
• 1 glass of water

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender. Cut the core from a slice of watermelon, cut it into small pieces and put it in the blender. Add the washed blueberries and water. Mix until you get a smooth, homogeneous drink. If you find it too thick, add more water.
